We offer free cancellation with 48 hours notice for regular cleaning and 72 hours for end of lease cleaning. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Rescheduling is complimentary with adequate notice.
Regular cleaning clients can request preferred teams during booking. While we try to maintain consistency with regular bookings, team availability may vary. All our teams are thoroughly vetted and trained.
We recommend booking end of lease cleaning at least 5-7 days before your final inspection. However, we also offer emergency same-day services when available. Early booking ensures your preferred time slot and allows adequate time for any required re-cleaning under our bond back guarantee.
During booking, you'll find a "Special Instructions" section where you can detail any specific requirements, access instructions, or areas needing extra attention. These notes are provided directly to your cleaning team.
