Cleaning Professionals publishes the same rates used in our online booking system for homes and businesses across Melbourne, Sydney, and Canberra. Starting prices cover the minimum booking time for each service. Extra hours, bedrooms, bathrooms, and optional add-ons are calculated when you book so your quote stays accurate.
Regular, once-off, and deep house cleaning use clear hourly rates with minimum hours. NDIS cleaning uses a flat support rate. Builders cleaning is hourly with a 4-hour minimum (+ GST). Commercial rates vary by frequency (daily multi-day bookings can drop as low as the published daily tier). End of lease packages are sized by property so bond cleans stay predictable.
