About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Team Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across Melbourne. You'll supervise cleaning teams, handle client concerns, and ensure our quality standards are met. Must have minimum 3 years domestic cleaning experience - we value QUALITY above all. Positions available across Northern, Western, and East/South regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support cleaning teams on-site
  • Conduct quality inspections after cleans
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Train new staff on cleaning standards and procedures
  • Create and manage team schedules
  • Report to management on team performance
  • Ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years domestic cleaning experience (essential)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to handle client complaints professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Police check
  • Right to work in Australia
