Childcare Cleaning in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs: Craigieburn to Brunswick
Quick answer
We clean childcare centres and kindergartens across Melbourne’s north — Hume, Whittlesea, Merri-bek, Darebin, Banyule and Nillumbik — including Craigieburn, Epping, Mernda, South Morang, Coburg, Brunswick, Preston, Heidelberg, Greensborough and Eltham. A typical nightly visit costs around $180 + GST.
Melbourne’s north covers two very different childcare landscapes. In growth suburbs like Craigieburn, Mernda and South Morang, new purpose-built centres with 100+ places have opened alongside new estates. Closer in, Brunswick, Coburg, Northcote and Preston have a mix of converted houses, community kinders and smaller long day care centres.
Large new centres need high-capacity nightly cleaning and careful handling of new fit-outs; older buildings need extra attention to grout, ageing bathrooms and outdoor areas under established trees.

Cleaning needs we see in the north
Large new centres
Growth-area centres with 6–8 rooms need a team rather than a single cleaner to finish within the overnight window.
New fit-outs
Vinyl, soft-fall and laminate need the right products — harsh chemicals void warranties and dull finishes.
Leafy outdoor spaces
Banyule and Nillumbik centres often have big yards and established trees — leaf litter, sandpit covers and gutters need regular attention.
Community kindergartens
Sessional kinders in council buildings — see our kindergarten cleaning guide.
